Every home begins as a dot.
A conversation, a walk across the plot, a line on a napkin. We listen for the one point — the nukta — the whole house will grow from: where the light falls, where the family gathers, how it should feel to come home.
Chapter 02 — Design
Lines become intention.
Concept, plans, sections, 3D walkthroughs and a material palette you can touch. Every millimetre is resolved on paper before a single brick is laid.
Chapter 03 — Build
Drawings become stone, steel and timber.
We stay on site from excavation to handover, so what gets built is exactly what was drawn.

In Urdu, a nukta is the dot that changes a letter's meaning. We design homes the same way — one small, deliberate point at a time.
